So it's great for a few. I also tried to get a bus schedule online & that was a joke. Hope someday they expand -- I think the buses would have standing room only.

Later,
ooooxxxxAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141748953133633750.post-87197112576255836832008-06-12T08:14:00.000-05:002008-06-12T08:14:00.000-05:00Well, I have decided to start riding the Metro to ...Well, I have decided to start riding the Metro to work. My first trip to DownTown KC was today. Went very smooth. We will see how going home is. :) The cost of gas went down to $3.79 by the house but it should jump another 20 cents again here soon. Bus passes are $40 per month and during the summer you can get a "ozone" discount. Talk about saving money!!! I was even carpooling and having to drive every other week but this will REALLY save money.Grandma Rosiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15464436660695557593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141748953133633750.post-57518302030700040152008-06-11T14:49:00.000-05:002008-06-11T14:49:00.000-05:00looking at the sites for air fare I never saw any ...looking at the sites for air fare I never saw any kind of discount for military, is that only when you book thru the airline?

talk later
ooooxxxxAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141748953133633750.post-54329048724688134832008-06-11T07:58:00.000-05:002008-06-11T07:58:00.000-05:00I just did a search on Travelocity and found fligh...I just did a search on Travelocity and found flights for $252 per person and on Cheaptickets they were $218. Not back considering!!!
I cant do much but I would love to give something to the Amy, Jack and Zach coming home fund!!! I was lucky enough to spend a week with you and the thought of everyone here at home not being able to see all of you breaks my heart. Maybe we can all chip in to help???? With Zach headed back, Grandma's and Grandpa's need to see him. :)Grandma Rosiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15464436660695557593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141748953133633750.post-48723812860491007712008-06-10T19:22:00.000-05:002008-06-10T19:22:00.000-05:00Hey, I dont know if you have looked at the USAA di...Hey, I dont know if you have looked at the USAA discount for rental cars, but it is pretty good, plus they waive the under 25 fee... in case you didn't know about their discount if you decide to rent a car.The Swigartshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18243102227591395747noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141748953133633750.post-78271375032440825482008-06-10T15:04:00.000-05:002008-06-10T15:04:00.000-05:00Wow $4.40 is really high.
