Easy Cookie Recipe

Here is an easy cookie recipe for you cookie lovers.  It has ingredients that most of us should have on hand.  

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip 

1 Cup Sugar

1Cup peanut butter 

1 Egg

1 Tsp baking soda

Chocolate Chips (optional)

In a large bowl whisk egg.  Add peanut butter, sugar, and baking soda.  Mix the ingredients together. If you would like mix in chocolate chips to taste.

Dough will be mushy.  

Roll into 1 inch balls, and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake 8-12 minutes  I bake mine until they have cracks in the top.

Let cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet, and then carefully move them to wire rack for cooling.  

These little cookies never last long in my house.  They are a very rich cookie.
