Life at 1572: Toys!

Toys!

Before....
After

Jack, is really starting to play with his toys. I clean his play area, and at the end of the day this is what it looks like. He has sooo many toys! I had to put some upstairs because they wouldn't fit, and we even have a few in the living room. They are also starting to get strewn all over the house. His new thing is showing how strong he is by grunting, and carrying large toys everywhere. LoL. Thankfully we didn't have to buy most of this stuff. There is one thing I do want to get him. I looked at walmart, but they didn't have it. I want to get him a play broom. He is obsessed with our broom. He tried to carry it around the house knocking down lamps in the process. I have to store it up high so he can't reach it. I tried to suffice him with a little dust pan broom, but no deal.

I feel your pain about the toys! We have the same problem! i got Constance a toy broom because she loved ours too, but I had to take it away after Ivy was born because she was a little dangerous with it! I love you La Jolla pics!

Yeah Toys are a nightmare, but they have a whole room just for their toys. Now if we can get them to stay in there and play with them! LOL I had a dream last night I won 100,000.00 on the lottery and I bought all this organizing stuff for their toy room... Grandma is loosing it!

TOYS - they never go away - my basement is still full of them!!!
Seems like clothes are the same way, you keep them around to recyle for the next kid & somehow 20 years later - WAY PAST anymore kids, I still have both!! Someday I will see my way thru it.
Start packing up the "baby" toys & be sure label it with the "age".
And if you keep up with this you might someday have a real basement.

By the way, that before & after pics looks just like the nursery I work at on Sunday/Wednesday, I'm crazy sometimes, & wonder how do I get myself into this stuff - guess I didn't have enough years of it:~)
