Another day gone by

Another boring day around here. We ran down to MCRD to grab a few things. It is visitors Thursday the day when family comes to visit their Marine graduating from boot camp. We watched the boots do their moto run. Actually I made Zach stand and watch it. Silly, but I felt happy for those guys, and their families. I remember what a proud day it was for me when Zach graduated boot camp. We took Jack to see Horton Hears a Who this afternoon. We actually made it through the entire movie. Jack, was busy stuffing popcorn in his face. The movie wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. I grilled steaks for dinner tonight. I have never grilled in my life. I think I might like to do it more often. I went to the gym, woohoo! Again the girl I was going with couldn't go, but I went alone. I want to say how happy I am from my friend Heather. Her husband came home today from Iraq. He is home for his leave I think he might be getting close to a month I'm not sure. He is in the Army, and he is doing a 15 month tour. He has been gone 7 months. After a 7 month tour Zach, would be home from Iraq for good. Not just a short leave and going back. So, she is a strong woman, and they are a great family. I am proud of all of them, and pray they enjoy their time together, and the time goes very slowly.
