Life at 1572: Boring Sunday

Boring Sunday

What a cheeseball
No, more pictures Mom!

Dada and Jack playing the Wii

We didn't do much today. It was kind of nice to spend time together, and not be rushing around. There was plenty that could have been done, but we all just relaxed. Jack, ate like a champ today. He wanted to feed himself, and he was gobbling up everything in sight. He had some corn for the first time tonight. I put a little on his tray, and he ate every piece. He was really hamming it up when I was taking pictures of him. The little guy was a wild man all day. He didn't go to bed until 10 tonight, two hours past his bedtime. He was so wound up running all around the room, and torturing Sam. I didn't do much today. I did clean up the dinner off the table that was from Friday night, I know disgusting right? I do usually fall behind on the weekends I guess I consider them my days off. I ate the rest of Grandma Hoffman's chocolate cover peanuts that she made us. The sad thing is she gave a quite a few of them too, and the other sad thing is that I mostly ate them myself because I don't really let Zach have any. LoL. They are sooo good though, and I just get addicted. I'm considering making some for myself, but then I know I'll just eat those too. I'm also considering making Christmas cookies, I have never had a year where I didn't make cookies. When I was in school my mom and I would have a baking day, and I got to miss school, and we would just bake for like 7 hours. I think it started in elementary, and it was just the best. I love that tradition. I'm also thinking about maybe having a Christmas dinner. We never did Christmas dinner in my family, and I think it might be nice. Well, I need to get to bed!

The pictures of him eating are cute. He is such a cutie. I remember when you and your mom would stay home and bake all day for Christmas! Sounds like fun, Im sure Jake would like to taste test for you too!
